Children & Young People Notice
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Elqro is an online service where people can submit problems, ideas and suggestions that may help shape what Elqro builds in the future.
People under 18 may use Elqro. We want Elqro to be a safe and age-appropriate place for young people to share their ideas.
1. What information we collect
When you submit a problem to Elqro, we may collect:
- The problem or idea you submit
- Your email address, if you provide one
- The date and time of your submission
- Information needed to operate the website and prevent misuse
Your email address is used to associate you with your submissions and points. We do not use it for marketing.
2. Your submissions are private
Problems submitted to Elqro are not publicly displayed with your name, email address or other identifying information.
Elqro may review submissions internally to decide whether an idea could be shortlisted, developed or used to help create a product or service.
3. Please don't share personal or sensitive information
If you are under 18, or any other age, please do not include information in a submission that you would not want Elqro to receive.
In particular, do not submit:
- Your home address
- Your phone number
- Passwords or login details
- Financial or payment information
- School identification numbers
- Private information about yourself or someone else
- Information that could put you or someone else at risk
If you accidentally submit sensitive personal information, contact us at Premleagueff@outlook.com.
4. Points and potential rewards
Elqro may award points when a submission progresses through different stages.
Points are an on-site score and do not have a cash value.
A submission may potentially receive a monetary reward if Elqro develops something based on it. However, a monetary reward is not guaranteed, and some submissions may receive no monetary reward.
If a potential monetary reward applies, Elqro will determine the amount and relevant conditions.
5. Young people's privacy
We aim to collect only information that is reasonably necessary to operate Elqro and provide its features.
We do not publicly display individual submissions or use submitted email addresses for marketing.
We also aim to provide information about privacy and how Elqro works in language that is clear and understandable.
6. Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians may wish to discuss Elqro with a young person before they use the service, particularly when submitting personal information or participating in anything involving a potential reward.
If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about a young person's use of Elqro, you can contact us at:
