Elqro Community & Submission Rules
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Elqro is built around people telling us about genuine problems.
To keep the platform useful and safe, submissions must follow these rules.
You can submit
You can tell Elqro about:
- everyday frustrations;
- problems with existing products;
- problems at school, work or home;
- problems with technology;
- problems with services;
- things you wish existed;
- inefficiencies;
- unmet needs; and
- opportunities you believe could be improved.
Do not submit
Do not submit:
- passwords;
- bank details;
- payment card details;
- private authentication codes;
- another person's personal information;
- confidential company information you are not authorised to disclose;
- threats;
- instructions for wrongdoing;
- malware;
- illegal content;
- hateful or abusive material;
- sexually explicit material;
- content intended to harm another person;
- spam; or
- deliberately false or misleading information.
Personal information
Only provide personal information where it is genuinely necessary to explain the problem.
For example, instead of writing:
"My friend John Smith who lives at [full address] has this problem..."
describe the problem without identifying John.
Review
Elqro may review submissions and may reject or remove submissions that breach these Rules or create legal, security or safety concerns.
Privacy
Submissions are intended to be private to Elqro and are not displayed publicly as part of the normal service.
Intellectual property
By submitting material, you agree to the submission and intellectual-property terms contained in the Elqro Terms and Conditions.
